Yamada Brasil manufactures high-precision plastic injection molded parts, component assemblies, thermoformed parts (Blisters), as well as inkjet and pad printing. Our operations are conducted in a climate-controlled environment with strict particulate control, serving the personal care and electronics industries.
We provide comprehensive End-to-End product development, manufacturing process optimization, and high-end mold fabrication through our headquarters in Japan and our strategic branches in China. Our facility is distinguished by its commitment to superior quality, consistently exceeding the most demanding global expectations.

YAMADA BRASIL HISTORY
Yamada Brazil began its operations in 2013 as a joint venture between Yamada (Japanese multinational) and Lite-On (Taiwanese multinational).
We started with only three injection molding machines and one assembly line, focused on the personal care industry within a climate-controlled and particle control environment. Over the last decade, Yamada Brazil has experienced consistent growth and today our facility operates 32 injection molding machines featuring three distinct technologies: Conventional, Bi-component (2K), and Over-molding. These allow us to serve a diverse range of plastic applications. Our infrastructure also includes a comprehensive in-house tool shop equipped for the fabrication of spare parts and high-precision corrective and preventive maintenance.
In 2020, we expanded our portfolio with Thermoforming (Blister) using state-of-the-art German machinery. In 2021, we integrated UV Inkjet Printing customization using advanced Japanese technology. That same year, Yamada Group acquired full control of the operation.
