Yamada Brazil began its operations in 2013 as a joint venture between Yamada (Japanese multinational) and Lite-On (Taiwanese multinational).<\/p>

We started with only three injection molding machines and one assembly line, focused on the personal care industry within a climate-controlled and particle control environment. Over the last decade, Yamada Brazil has experienced consistent growth and today our facility operates 32 injection molding machines featuring three distinct technologies: Conventional, Bi-component (2K), and Over-molding. These allow us to serve a diverse range of plastic applications. Our infrastructure also includes a comprehensive in-house tool shop equipped for the fabrication of spare parts and high-precision corrective and preventive maintenance.<\/p>

In 2020, we expanded our portfolio with Thermoforming (Blister) using state-of-the-art German machinery. In 2021, we integrated UV Inkjet Printing customization using advanced Japanese technology.
